Our coach-led small group training sessions focus on building muscle, increasing mobility, and preventing injury—so you can stay active for life.   • Our one hour small group sessions include:

    • Warm-Up – Dynamic stretching & activation work to prep your body

    • Main Exercise of the Day – We start each workout with a heavier, main movement of the day. Along with this compound exercise, we add in an explosive movement and a mobility exercise to create a circuit that builds muscle, gets your heart rate up, and then gives time for your body to recover as you work on mobility.

    • Supplemental Circuit – Three to five exercises that hit different muscles to ensure a great, full body workout!

    • Finisher – Heart-rate-boosting exercises in short spurts to end each class feeling challenged and accomplished.

    • Cool Down - Static stretching to allow you to catch your breath and lightly stretch your muscles.
