OT Fitness was built on the belief that strength, mobility, and injury prevention should be the foundation of every training program—whether you're an athlete or an adult looking to move and feel better. Originally, our focus was on training elite athletes through OT Sports, but we quickly realized a major gap in the fitness industry. Too many adults were stuck in repetitive, uninspiring workouts, high-intensity classes that left them burned out, or strength programs that led to nagging pain and injuries.
We knew there was a better way. Just because you’re no longer competing doesn’t mean you can’t train with purpose, build strength, and feel like an athlete. That’s why we created a smarter approach to adult fitness—one that prioritizes building muscle, improving mobility, and preventing injury, while also helping you burn fat and boost energy.
Our small-group training program (max of 6 people) blends targeted strength training, functional movement, and conditioning in a way that’s both effective and sustainable. With expert coaching and a supportive environment, we help you get stronger, move better, and stay injury-free—without wasting time on ineffective workouts. Our one-on-one personal training sessions are perfect for those who want focused attention, custom programming, and flexible scheduling. Whether you're new to training, working through an injury, or striving for specific goals, personal training is a great way to build confidence, master technique, and see results faster. It can also serve as a great on-ramp to small group training for those who want to start at their own pace.

Not at all! Our training is designed for beginners to intermediate levels, with modifications to fit your current ability. Whether you’re new to strength training or getting back into a routine, we’ll help you progress safely and confidently.

Each session is one hour, including a structured warm-up, strength and conditioning work, and a cooldown to promote recovery.

YES! You can sign up for one free trial small group class before committing to a membership plan.

Come ready to move! Wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes, bring water, and show up 5-10 minutes early to get settled in. We can’t wait to see you there :)

That depends on your goals! We recommend that members train 3-4 times per week in order to see the best results, but we’ll help you create a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
